Creekside Winery’s portfolio illustrates the story of a winery that refuses to be pigeon-holed. “The winery is a bastion for inspired experimentation, with a winemaking team that delights in defying Niagara winemaking conventions. At the time, both grapes were newcomers to the Ontario winemaking scene, but were also showing tremendous potential in the Niagara climate. Over the years, new grape varieties, winemaking techniques and wine styles were embraced by the winery. With each vintage, Creekside houses a throng on experimental wine batches and blends as an ongoing push towards discovering something new and exciting to go into bottle.
