Chef Matthew Krupa is now at the helm of the recently renovated Table Rock House Restaurant.
Beginning his career in Europe at a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant, he is recognized as one of the “Top 30 under 30” up-and-comers. Chef Krupa’s unique cooking is rooted in classic French techniques, integrating elements of new world flavours. His blends of international flavours developed as Senior Sous Chef at Langdon Hall. In recent years, his passion for Niagara living led him back to the region. Furthering his experience at iconic Niagara wineries and eateries, including, Peller Estates, Trius Winery, Megalomaniac, Good Earth Food and Wine and The Chase.
Chef Krupa introduced a spectacular new menu at Table Rock House Restaurant. It delivers an authentic taste of place. For the 20th Anniversary of Food Day Canada, he is proudly serving Braised Bison Short Rib Poutine. Braised Bison Short Rib, Upper Canada Cheese Curds, Kozlik’s Triple Crunch Mustard Bison Jus, Smoked Rosewood Honey, Fried Sage.
